There is nothing that Marita values more than building confidence in her clients by supporting them through their skin concerns. She differs in that her favourite treatments aren’t ones that focus on just one specific skin concern (trust us- she loves diving into all of them!) her favourite outcomes are where she’s assisted her clients in building confidence. Marita believes that everyone deserves to feel confident about who they are in their skin. Since her start in industry in 2016, she’s provided support by providing over 15,000 clinical treatments to the Canberra region. Marita highly values continual education as a must within the Aesthetics Industry, and is currently undertaking her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science - Aesthetics to continue providing top tier educational support to her clients.
Marita is immensely passionate about the industry.
What drew her in was her own struggles with body image and how this affected her mental health. “I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia and all the lovely things that come with that from my early teens. I deeply recognize the struggles that people face when it comes to confidence and self esteem. As difficult as it has been at times, I’m grateful that it’s given me the understanding to provide clients with a deeper level of support that is generally provided with beauty services. I aspire to be a much-needed role model for those experiencing the same issues.” She is passionate about providing support in this space, having completed a 3 year Mentoring & Leadership degree through the Wellness Breakthrough Academy, making her an advanced internationally certified mentoring practitioner which gives her an edge to her services. She is currently undertaking her 5th year in this field.

Marita has successfully run numerous top performing AUS/NZ clinics across the Canberra Region since 2017 and has won several accolades during this time such as: top performing therapist company wide multiple times, many management awards, top performing clinic company wide in package launches & has provided the support to her therapists to become top performers company wide. She has launched Aphra Aesthetics through her passion for the industry, and her vision of redefining the meaning of beauty.
